By Rob Garguilo Key Largo, FL - A worker died in a construction accident in Key Largo after a crane on a barge tipped over, sending him plunging into the water. According to Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay, the 29-year-old construction worker, identified as Jose Eduardo Reyes Ponce, lost his life after a crane on a barge tipped over and fell into the water in Key Largo on Tuesday afternoon. Investigators say Reyes Ponce was still on the crane when it fell off the barge, causing him to fall into the water.
