Allstate Insurance Agent: Ryan Green in Largo, Florida

BY FAR the WORSE ins exp i have ever had. This fam business owner fired a member (his own brother) which took ours as well as MANY OTHERS PERSONAL info out of the office on his way out the door to solicit us all with it for his own new co. & Then in turn, BURNED us. We informed this co. Pres & GOT NOWHERE but more lies. We are currently involved with trying to protect our identities, file with the proper authorities & protect our property at the same time. No easy but ALL doable. Its pretty sad when your personal info isn't even safe in your chosen ins agents office, VERY DANGEROUS as well. Sad part is, we still have current coverage with him & are asking for his help to protect us & getting nowhere at all. VERY SAD DAY. After he admitted to knowledge of the theft, he later attempted to recant his statements of the personal info theft. Protecting his brother instead of his clients. Wow is right. Thanks A LOT Mr. Agent. RUN, don't walk. It;'s not worth the headache. Again, WORSE EXP.

I've had no problems at all and it's been a really nice experience. Invoices are sent timely, confirmations of payments and policy information are also sent timely. I've had very little reason to call Ryan, or the agency, but the few times I've had a question it was answered professionally and with a friendly personable manner. I also like the informational emails they send once in a while. Good information and they don't bombard you with emails. Highly recommended.
